Customer Training

CUSTOMER TRAINING

Customer training can be provided in a number of ways, at the system manufacturer, at the customer site or at our training academy at our office in Chalfont St Peter. At the Frontline training academy we can tailor the initial training to meet your requirements, for your building and on your system.

Our training facility also allows us the flexibility to hold smaller sessions for the different levels of people requiring training. For instance, system administrators will need to know how they will manage the overall system but security personnel may have different requirements, such as adding and deleting cards, preparing new photo I.D. badges, monitoring alarms and preparing reports.

Security personnel also work shifts which mean they cannot all go on courses the same weeks or months. Having our own Frontline training academy allows us to be flexible with dates and numbers on courses and allows us to cover client specific subjects or concerns.
