At Frontline Security Solutions we try to give the customer what "they" want rather than what everyone else wants when it comes to training.

Many of our competitors offer training as a standard bookable package i.e. Courses will run on these dates and will cover this subject etc. The problem with this is that different clients require different training on different parts of a system, whether it be Access Control or CCTV.

Frontline will tailor your training to your specific requirements focussing on the parts of the system that YOU the customer will be using more frequently in your specific circumstances. Training can take place at our offices in Chalfont St. Peter or on your system in your premises.

Occasionally customers like to have training as part of the database building process when their systems are being commissioned. They also take the opportunity to have more advanced training at a later date when they are more familiar with their systems.

We find a more informal approach has the best effect with regard to the training being understood and retained by the trainee. Training can be on a one to one basis or we suggest no more that three in any one session.
