Similarly in line with our growth we have increased our engineering resources. We have our largest engineering team to date comprising of installation, service, maintenance and PES technical support personnel, all in line with our current workload thus ensuring we continue to meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
We have seen a change in requirement with an increase in major contract works and roll out programs across the EMEA. Our response has been to focus on project management for the contracts work which has proved most successful and the development of a VAR network to support the work we have undertaken in Spain, Belgium, Ireland, France, Holland, Germany, Cyprus, Turkey, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Greece and Poland.
We see the work across the EMEA as a crucial part of our future with more and more of our customers requiring this facility and we will continue to invest and expand to ensure we remain a leader in this area of business.
Service and maintenance remains absolutely key to both our business and our customers. The majority of our clients are under contract thus ensuring the highest level of performance with guaranteed response times, cover 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and scheduled preventative maintenance programs.
This is a very exciting time for Frontline. We have made the necessary investment and will continue to manage our business with care and attention to detail and with a complete focus on customer care.
