Where is the role based?

Summary of the role:
The role will work closely with our Sales team to assist with the pulling together of bid proposals in response to invitation to tender enquiries from main contractors.  The role will have accountability for overseeing all proposals that come into the business, ensuring they are completed in line with bid specifications; providing detail and costing to specific deadlines.

Success Criteria:
The successful candidate will have a qualification in quantity surveying and commercial management.  Have had some work experience during the summer or a years experience working in this arena would be advantageous.

Essential to this role is someone with strong communication and good interpersonal skills, attention to detail; conscientious; uses own initiative and can make timely decisions under pressure; able to meet deadlines.
