We work both directly for the end user and through third party companies such as electrical or main contractors. Systems can be purchased outright or alternatively leased with a customised scheme to suit each client’s financial preference.

Frontline takes responsibility for all parts of a project from the specification of product, installation, project management, training, testing, commissioning and on-going service and maintenance.

Our strategy is to undertake all of the work in-house and we directly employ our own technical support, installation and service engineers. This is in contrast to many of our competitors who rely on sub-contract labour.

The main advantage of our in-house engineering resource is well proven. We deliver a consistently high standard of work, which is undertaken by fully qualified engineers.

All service and maintenance work is also carried out by our own engineering teams which results in a high percentage of first time fixes and a professional approach to the all important maintenance tasks.

Similarly our own technical support engineers give us a quite different profile to other security companies who continually rely on the manufacturer for assistance. We pride ourselves in a stand-alone approach, which we see as vital when delivering a 24 hour, 7 days a week service.

To this effect once a system is in operation it is important to agree the support required for each individual client. Frontline adopt a flexible approach and we will tailor a support contract to each customer’s exact needs.

Contracts can be fully comprehensive to include all parts and labour or chargeable on an as and when basis. We will guarantee a response time to a reported fault and cover a site at all times, day and night. Preventative maintenance is scheduled in advance and can be carried out at a time to best suit each customer.
